Shipping methods

Your order can be shipped in one of the following ways:

  • Collection from the offices of our company (I. Mela 36 (purchase), PC 31100 – Lefkada, by arrangement).
  • Through a courier company at the pick-up address you stated when registering in the online store.

Shipping costs


  • Shipments of our products are made with the Company “ELTA-COURIER”.
  • For shipments of € 100.00 and over you are not charged with shipping costs (FREE SHIPPING) for cash on delivery or payment by card or by deposit in our bank accounts.
  • For shipments under € 100.00, shipping costs are + € 4.00 which are automatically added to the total amount of your order.

As representatives of we make every effort to keep shipping costs and / or cash on delivery costs at a minimum cost and we are in ongoing negotiations to reduce prices. </ p>

Delivery times

For execution of orders, it takes 1 to 5 business days (maximum estimate).

In case the product is immediately available, it will be delivered within 48 hours (maximum estimate) of its order. In any other case, the customer is informed by the competent department, either by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time.

Our goal is for deliveries to be made as soon as possible, except unexpectedly or for reasons beyond our control (strikes, delivery delays by suppliers) whereupon the customer will be informed exactly about the delivery day.


In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you agree on the new delivery time you must inform us by e-mail or fax that you are aware and wish your order to remain active. In case the new conditions for the execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products or services within the specified time we will inform you, in order let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.

Order Cancellation and Product Returns

The cancellation of your order can be done easily before invoicing and shipping. In case you do not want the products or services of an order, you can cancel it by contacting the Customer Service Department at 26450 24792 – 6983074227 or e-mail . This process requires the unique Order Code that the e-shop automatically sent to you by e-mail when you completed your order.

In case you want to return the products you bought because you are not satisfied or completely dissatisfied, you have the right to do it within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

The products must be in the condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by a receipt or sales invoice. In this case you will be charged with the cost of returning the products and the purchase value of the products based on invoice. The company is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the products during the return process. Immediately after receiving the products to be returned and after making sure that their packaging is in excellent condition and that the product has been sold by our company, a representative of will contact you to negotiate the way you want, to get your money back. The refund will be completed within 5 days from the date of receipt of the returned product by our company.
